This session reframes the solo marketer role through a racing lens, showing how systems, tools, and efficient workflows allow a team of one to operate like a high-performance marketing department. Attendees will learn how to build their own marketing “pit crew” of technology, processes, and templates to manage the workload, deliver results, and position themselves for strategic growth within their organization.

In addition, this session introduces the economics of a solo marketer, helping attendees understand how to measure, communicate, and elevate their value within their firm.
