Through our chapter and member recognition programs and prestigious awards, we showcase the outstanding contributions of our members and their firms. Award recipients and honorees will be celebrated at Amplify A|E|C, our premier annual conference, where their accomplishments will be highlighted during special events and recognized among peers from across the country.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AWARDS
The Marketing Communication Awards (MCAs) recognizes excellence in marketing communications produced by professional services firms in the A/E/C industry. The program provides an unparalleled opportunity for professionals to showcase their best marketing practices and to educate the industry about the critical role of marketing in a successful firm.
CHAPTER PRESIDENT OF THE YEAR
The Chapter President of the Year (CPY) recognizes an SMPS chapter president who has demonstrated excellence in leadership while serving the chapter and its members.
WELD COXE MARKETING ACHIEVEMENT AWARD (WCMAA)
The Weld Coxe Marketing Achievement Award is the highest SMPS honor and recognizes members for their achievements and significant contributions to professional services marketing the A/E/C industry.
EMERGING LEADER OF THE YEAR
The Emerging Leader of the Year recognizes an emerging leader who has demonstrated exceptional contributions in the A/E/C industry and who has been an SMPS member for a minimum of three years and no more than five years of A/E/C work experience.
BUSINESS DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR
The Business Developer of the Year award recognizes SMPS members who have demonstrated significant and measurable accomplishments in their role as business developer at their firm at various levels of experience. This recognition will showcase the vital role of business developers within the A/E/C industries.
MARKETING INNOVATION FIRM OF THE YEAR
The Marketing Innovation Firm of the Year award recognizes an A/E/C firm that generates and implements innovative marketing communications ideas, processes, programs, and/or services that help transform their firm or industry and encourages marketing innovation and adaptation to stay ahead of the competition.
SMPS FELLOWS
The SMPS Fellows program honors SMPS members for their outstanding contributions and continuous engagement within the marketing and business development professions and the A/E/C industry. Congratulations to the 2025 class of SMPS Fellows!
